Standard systems mindlessly blast cooled air at one speed before shutting off, which can lead to widely fluctuating temperatures. The Infinity® series air conditioner with two-stage scroll compressor, when properly matched with a Carrier® compatible indoor unit, runs on low-stage up to 80% of the time to maintain consistent comfort. Two-stage operation also contributes to reduced energy usage, helping achieve up to 21.0 SEER cooling efficiency.
Infinity two-stage air conditioners quietly cool your home with sound levels as low as 66 dBA. Our exclusive Silencer System IIâ„¢ features a silencer top, integrated fan motor, forward-swept fan blades, compressor vibration isolator plate, sound hood and split-post compressor grommets to help deliver quiet operation by maximizing airflow and minimizing vibration.

All Carrier air conditioner products achieving system combinations of 14.5 SEER and 12 EER or higher meet the ENERGY STAR guidelines for efficiency. Proper sizing and installation of equipment is critical to achieve optimal performance. Air conditioners must be matched with appropriate indoor coil components to meet ENERGY STAR criteria. 10-year parts limited warranty when properly registered. Warranty applies to the original owner, a 10-year parts limited warranty upon timely registration of your new equipment. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty.
